Uraki Academy is a prestigious school for the smartest and strongest of youths. Not only is there a curriculum based on average school subjects but also martial combat training mixed in. Trainer is played throughout many forums and is usually the only option. No longer. At pokemon masters you can become many things. You can start out as a a trainer, coordinator, breeder, or a gym leader. You can even work your way up as you get stronger and can become a frontier brain, elite four, or even the pokemon champion.

This all takes place in the hoenn region, the region many pokemon fans are familiar with.Pokemon Masters has many chat boards to talk with other. Fun contests to gain great prizes. We have our own graphic section so you can share art or view others. We have that and much more. We also have our own custom region, Aero, and a growing pokedex of custom pokemon.

So if your tired of the same rp routine. Wanting to try something new. Wanting to have a fun time. Or just check out the site visit pokemon Masters.

Fighting Style(s):

  • Tae Kwon Do - A style utilizing breathing and the longest, strongest limbs: the legs. Destructive kicks of varying styles are the main heart of the style in a mobile stance - Side, Roundhouse, Front and Cresent. Also punches, chops, arm-breaks, knees and sweeps as well as eye gouges and temple strikes make up close fighting. Todoroki's main style is this.

  • Northern Shaolin Kung Fu - External breathing art with long range attacks, quick retreats and advances, wide stances, kicking and leaping techinques, circular blocks and agressive attacks. Todoroki's secondary style that he warps in as well.

  • Juttejutsu- Use of a 18" baton with a single pointed tine used by law enforcement to attack pressure points, joints, muscles as well as head and arm strikes even disarment and parrying bladed weapons. Todoroki also knows Kyujutsu (archery) as a hobby.


Appearence: A standard build for a guy his age with blue eyes, black slightly spiked hair and clean shaven. He wears a loose shirt marked with the school insigma - he laughs saying it fits and it is freely given out by the school. He wears what could be described as fighter's pants which are fitting and allow him to keep his jutte on him. His shoes are just sneakers unless he is fighting in class or in the arena where he wears regulation school shoes - similar to ninja foot wear. He commonly wears a belt around his waist with a burn damaged coin on a chain hanging from it.

Personality: Todoroki is a good friend and a good ally to have. He is good with his studys and a confident, strong fighter. He is friendly but also quick to make enemys with those that dislike or disrespect him. He has a personal code of "bushido" which he follows involving not attacking a weaker opponent unless it is the only option and has what could be described as an old time respect for women. But he can be cocky and he quick to crack a joke which can be seen as a weakness.

History: Todoroki was born to the Hagane family - one known for serving in the army. But his intellect and natural martial arts skills allowed him to attend Uraki Academy rather then some military school. On his first day, he found a coin in a burned down shack about a mile from campus. He noticed it was charred and warped but strangely kept it. Later that day he won all three of his arena fights against upperclassman with the token in his pocket. It is now his good luck charm. Since that day he has studied and trained with the coin on his belt and become one of the best fighters in the school.

A fighting style in this RP makes characters unique and powerful and is a primary element in the story. Below is a list of fighting styles that I have compiled that branch worldwide in culture. These are the basic rules of the forum that any and all members must follow or their will be consequences, ranging from a posted warning such as in a thread, to a personal PM warning, to use of the actual warning system of the forum, after that a short ban and then if it has to be an eternal ban and expulsion from the forum. Now here are the rules:

  • No double posting. If you want to add something to your posts then modify it and do so. The 1st double post made by a member in the RP will be copied and pasted into the previous post by an admin with no punishment. The 2nd offense will be a deletion of the second post by an admin. All offense after that will result in post deletion and warnings.

  • Posts must be lengthy. No one liners unless it is all that is called for. Replying with quotes is unacceptable. Please post long and descriptive sentences. Don't do this: "Sora threw a punch at the man standing next to him. Then he kicked the man. Then he ran off." That is a horrible post and includes what is our next rule as well.

  • No God Moding. Which is the following:

    -Controlling someone else's character.
    -Dodging every attack.
    -Deciding if your attack hits or not.
    -Being immortal
    -Killing someone's character without their consent.

    Doing the above is not good. I ask if anyone gets G-moded by another member in a fight. Notify them and ask then to edit in a OOC. If they refuse, notify staff and that member will be given either a warning or a post deduction.

  • Chat speak is not allowed or instant messaging speak is not allowed. Type words out and use words correctly. Don't right "2marro" for "tomorrow" or "rlly" for "really". Also use good grammar unless your character does have a dialect or uses bad grammar in general. If your character has neither then use grammar correctly! No "I bult da house 'marro" unless that is how your character talks. The forum has Spell Check in the posting area so if you think you spelt something wrong use it.

  • Cursing is allowed in the RP only. Using such language outside of the RP about members, what they do, where they live etc will get that member either a high warning or instant ban.

  • Romance is allowed in the RP. But remember this RP takes place in a school so don't go all the way.

  • Do not post just to gain posts. If I see quick and random posts where ever by a member they will get a PM asking why they were doing such. Such can get your posts deducted.

  • Characters do not have to be gender specific.

  • No character limit. But I have a tip: If you plan to make quite a few character posting their names in your signature so you remember. Also you think you have too many characters to be active and you want to get rid of one...easy. Kill them off in the RP.


Follow these rules and we will have no problems.

Age: How old is your character?

Gender: Male or Female? Not both!

Grade Level: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th? Teacher? Make proportional to age.

Fighting Style(s): What martial fighting styles or combat techniques does your character use? Any weapons? What if your skill level?

Appearence: What does your character look like? How does he or she dress? Skin color? Eye color? Hair color and style? Clothing? The basic works. Pictures can be used.

Personality: How does your character act? With friends? Alone? With strangers? In a crowd?

History: A short history of your character. It is important to include their pasts, why they are in this school, family, maybe even goals.

RP Post Example: A good example of a RP post with that character. Make it profesional with good grammer, correct spellings and clear points. Note: Staff such as Admin, Global Mods and Mods do not have to have a RP Example.
